CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each appointment requires preparation and dedicated time, please review the following policies before booking. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional fee. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies outlined below. Cancellations I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will allow you to apply your deposit toward a future appointment [within 30 days / once]. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations may require a larger deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Rescheduling I understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment one time when the 48-hour notice requirement is met. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you need to reschedule multiple times, a new deposit may be required for each appointment. No-Shows A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your appointment without providing notice. No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay [50% / 100%] of the missed appointment before booking again. Clients who repeatedly no-show may no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A [10-minute] grace period is provided. Arriving more than [10] minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to properly perform your service. If your appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. These situations will be handled at my discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment. Confirmation of Policy By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this appointment policy.
